Team Leader / Supervisor
Job Description:
- Manage Sales closures of lending and Credit Card portfolio related products , for a team of existing officers
- Understand and manage platform, in event of a customer query
- X-sell lending products to calls transferred from the officer
- Ensure growth of sales offer made by the officers tagged to them
Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of Experience within customer service (call center preferred), or in relationship building with internal and external customers
- Quick ability to learn new products and processes
- Spend time in training and coaching team members on sales
- Speak efficiently and professionally
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel
