    Team Leader / Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • –  Monitor and evaluate call quality and performance metrics to ensure service standards are met.
  • –  Implement and maintain call scripts and service protocols.
  • –  Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely manner.
  • –  Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • –  Prepare invoice, invoices and collection of payment from customers

 

Team Leadership and Development:

  • –  Lead a team of customer care officer .
  • –  Monitor conduct teams meeting.
  • –  Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skills and performance.
  • –  Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions to maintain high service standards.
