– Handle, process and record all inbound calls, responses, enquiries and customer interactions from various referral sources, social media platforms and direct call-ins for new patient appointment bookings.
– Create a positive service experience and brand image to all customers.
– Response and follow up promptly to all customer enquiries.
– Send out appointment reminders and handle patients’ responses in a timely and efficient manner.
– Prepare weekly activity reports.
– Conduct follow-up calls with patients for retargeting.
– Ability to convince and convert new patients to make new appointments with targets assigned.
– Ability to handle and manage sales target assigned for calls.
– Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
– At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in sales/telesales/telemarketing.
– Customer-oriented with passion in serving customers.
– Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
– Mandarin speaking preferred.
– Independent player and is motivated to complete any task without much supervision.
– Excellent telephone etiquette.
– Experience in healthcare or service-related industries is an advantage.
– Candidates with extensive experience and a proven track record may be considered for a managerial position.
