Team Leader / Supervisor
Job Purpose:
- – Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards;
- – Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling;
- – Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence;
- – Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities;
- – Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards;
- – Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment;
Requirements:
- – Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma
- – Possess with BCP, PGI and HI (Will have to take the paper if do not possess)
- – Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- – Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
- – Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- – Patient and resilient to handle rejection and objections
- – Independent, organized, and positive worker with excellent interpersonal skills
- – Good team player with ability to multitask and meets high service standards;
- – Proficient in Microsoft office and able to multi-task to efficiently reply to enquiries; Meticulous in documentation and fulfillment work
