Responsibilities:
- – Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our marketing campaigns
- – Promote & market company's products and services
- – Handle incoming calls, queries and feedback
- – Assist to arrange appointment for customers to the respective outlets
- – Achieve turn up rate for outgoing calls
Job Requirements:
- – Service & Sales oriented
- – Able to speak proficiently in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
