Team Leader / Supervisor
The main objective of the sales support functions is to facilitate business development-related activities so that salespersons are better able to focus on core functions/activities in bringing new customers onboard and expand business volumes with existing customers.
- – Build & maintain a healthy number of pipelines
- – Expand customer base portfolio consistently
- – Manage collection timeliness of customers
- – Achieve financial targets
Requirement:
- – Administer sales performance reporting
- – Manage salespersons’ calendar
- – Preparation of quotations
- – Track and follow up on quotations
- – Other administrative duties assigned
- – Handle customer enquiries with improved lead time
- – Manage rate expiration and initiate renewal
- – Follow up on the status of critical shipments
- – Gather and/or escalate customer feedback/complaints
- – Assist in AR collection matters
- – Research and compile useful market information for BD
- – Cold calls to target group of potential customers
- – To act as a ‘middleman’ between BD, Ops, Customers, or other stakeholders when need be
