Team Leader / Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- – Provide customer service; answer customers’ queries via calls, emails etc
- – Handle full spectrum of order fulfilment (e.g. PO/ DO)
- – Process sales orders, quotes and contracts
- – Provide timely updates to customers on inventory and delivery status
- – Assist to resolve any issues with customers in a prompt manner
- – Generate reports and maintain relevant reports
- – Other relevant duties as required
Job Requirements:
- – Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline
- – Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience – in sales support, order fulfilment or equivalent
- – Good interpersonal and communication skills
- – Proficient in MS Office
- – Meticulous with an eye for details
