Team Leader / Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- – Conduct outbound calls or be based inside client branch to assist walk-in clients.
- – Ability to manage customer expectations and take ownership of customer requests
- – Promote company product via telemarketing or via branch or roadshows
- – Meet and/or exceed all individual and team KPI set by management
- – Acquire multiple product knowledge to enhance ability to understand customer needs across different products
- – To update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relation Management (CRM) system
REQUIREMENTS:
