What we're looking for
-- GCE N or O Level or minimum 1 years' experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the retail industry
-- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
-- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
-- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
-- Familiarity with retail operations and systems would be an advantage
