Key Responsibilities:

  • –  Support the Manager in monitoring and improving call centre performance through call and email audits, as well as patient feedback.
  • –  Identify opportunities to enhance and automate work processes using technology.
  • –  Drive the adoption and effective use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • –  Document and streamline call centre workflows systematically.
  • –  Develop and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to improve efficiency.
  • –  Participate in workgroups to foster positive change and enhance workplace engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • –  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • –  Experience with automation tools such as Blue Prism or UiPath is a plus.
  • –  Passion for process optimization, automation, and driving productivity.
  • –  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • –  Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • –  Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • –  A team player who enjoys working with people and driving positive change.
