Key Responsibilities:

  • –  Assist customer with inquiries, requests, and appointments, offering personalized recommendations.
  • –  Coordinate services such as CRM gifting, after-sales support, and orders & returns.
  • –  Manage in-store appointments and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • –  Identify opportunities to upsell products and services, contributing to sales targets.
  • –  Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding preferences and providing follow-ups.
  • –  Handle complaints professionally, providing solutions or escalating issues as needed.
  • –  Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and administrative documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • –  Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service, luxury retail or related
  • –  Strong sales and communication skills, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • –  Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools.
  • –  Professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
  • –  Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • –  Multilingual abilities are a plus.
