Responsibilities:
~ Monitor and evaluate call quality and performance metrics to ensure service standards are met.
~ Implement and maintain call scripts and service protocols.
~ Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely manner.
~ Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer experience.
~ Prepare invoice, invoices and collection of payment from customers
Team Leadership and Development:
~ Lead a team of customer care officer .
~ Monitor conduct teams meeting.
~ Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skills and performance.
~ Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions to maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
~ Minimum Diploma in any studies
~ Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences.
