Job Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with sales teams to manage all incoming inquiries and provide prompt assistance to clients.
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service support throughout the moving process.
-Prepare and issue quotations based on customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company pricing strategies.
-Follow up with customers on quotations to address questions, provide clarifications, and secure the deal.
-Obtain pricing rates from internal teams and vendors to support the preparation of accurate quotations.
-Maintain and update pricing information in the in-house system to ensure consistency and accuracy.
-Address pricing-related inquiries from customers, providing clear explanations and support.
-Support pricing audits and assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in pricing data.
-Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the department manager.
Job Requirements:
-Diploma or equivalent in any field.
-At least 1 year of working experience in a relevant customer service role.
-Knowledge of the logistics industry will be an advantage.
-Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle tasks efficiently and independently.
