Responsibilities:

  • –  Ensure call quality and performance indicators to uphold service standards.
  • –  Guide, mentor, and support team members to improve their capabilities and overall performance.
  • –  Manage escalated customer concerns and provide prompt resolutions.
  • –  Facilitate payment collection, prepare quotations, and issue invoices.
  • –  Ensure a high-quality customer experience through effective and professional communication.
  • –  Responsible for team productivity and operational efficiency.
  • –  Review process and seek for improvements.
