Roles & Responsibilities 

  • –  Responsible for administrative duties.
  • –  Liaising with customer, Sub-con, Main-Con and customers on scheduling of Air Con Servicing.
  • –  Co-ordinate with the operations team for purchase requisition.
  • –  Assist in customer's enquires and feedback.
  • –  Prepare quotation.
  • –  Perform data entry and update servicing report.
  • –  Manage and monitor project contracts.
  • –  Maintain inventory for staff uniforms and PPE supplies.
  • –  Bookkeeping.
  • –  Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

  • –  Min. 3 years of experience in administration work .
  • –  Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • –  A team player and possess problem-solving and coordination skills.
