Job Description
• Supporting a team of 8 sales stakeholders including HOD
• Responsible for meeting arrangement, calendar management, flight and hotel arrangement and event management
• Support in administrative including submission of travel expenses claims and sending of corporate gifts and greeting cards during festive occasions
• Back up for reception duties during Receptionist lunch time and toilet breaks
Job Requirement
• Diploma in any discipline
• Min 2 – 3 years of relevant department administrative working experience in MNC/Financial Institutions
• Must have prior experience in managing booking of multiple complicated Hotel and Air Tickets in accordance with Client’s travel policy
• Agile, resourceful and a quick thinker, able to handle up to 8 stakeholders.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management
• Immediate availability is an added advantage
