Handle both internal and external inquiries with professionalism
Address and resolve customer complaints effectively
Provide detailed information about our courses and products
Arrange class schedules and coordinate replacements
Manage payment collections
Liaise with parents for day-to-day inquiries
Perform front desk duties and assist with general administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
Minimum of a Diploma
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (as most customers are Chinese-speaking, you’ll need to provide information and feedback in both languages, spoken and written)
A genuine interest in working with and helping customers
Ability to respond to messages promptly and efficiently
Strong multitasking abilities
Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Previous experience is an advantage
Availability to work weekends and weekday evenings
A background in mathematics (math skills required)
