Job Description:

  • –  Handle enquiries and respond to customer's feedback in a professional manner
  • –  Manage daily sales transactions and cashier duties
  • –  Promoting and educating customers on our programmes and products
  • –  To gather data on all enquiries and input it into the admissions database
  • –  Arrange lesson schedules with parents and teachers, and submit grade examination applications
  • –  Maintain the list of office inventories and monitor the re-order level to ensure a continuous supply.
  • –  Arrange the lesson schedule with new students
  • –  Other ad-hoc assignments when necessary

 

Wednesday to Sunday from 9:30am to 6:30pm

 

Requirements:

  • –  Minimum of 2 years of working experience in administrative or relevant field
  • –  Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • –  Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people
  • –  Customer-oriented, well-organised, meticulous with problem-solving skills
  • –  High initiative, independence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • –  Team player; ability to work well with employees at all levels
  • –  A hands-on person that is proactive, driven and resourceful
