Responsibilities:

  • --  Handle all receptionist duties as well as assist in office administrative matters
  • --  Attend to visitors, suppliers and couriers etc
  • --  Handle incoming calls
  • --  Sort and distribute letters, parcels and incoming fax etc
  • --  Order, monitor and arrange for supplies for office and centres
  • --  Liaise with vendors for regular maintenance and ad-hoc repair matters
  • --  Check centre operations documents
  • --  Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

  • --  Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • --  Team player & also able to work independently
  • --  Possess good customer service skills
  • --  Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • --  Bilingual (preferably English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking colleagues)
  • --  Full time position only
