Reporting to the Personal Assistant of the CEO

  • –  Front Desk reception duties eg. answer incoming calls, emails and attend to visitor / guest, handle incoming and outoing mails and courier services
  • –  Office facilities and administration eg. responsible for the pantry supplies, liaising with vendor for cleaning services and facilities maintenance.
  • –  Provide support in travel arrangement, flight booking and travel schedules coordination
  • –  Provide support in logistics arrangement for meetings and events eg. booking of meeting rooms.

 

Requirements:

  • –  At least a Diploma holder with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experiences in office administration / receptionist with secretarial support
  • –  Proficient in Ms. Office (Words, Excel)
