Responsibilities:

  • –  Manage the reception area and staff, ensuring effective communication with both internal teams and external clients.
  • –  Provide a hospitable and welcoming experience for office guests.
  • –  Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of office areas, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment.
  • –  Interact and collaborate with IT, phone service, and building personnel as needed to resolve issues and maintain operations.
  • –  Schedule and coordinate client meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • –  Assist with various administrative tasks to support overall office efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • –  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • –  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • –  Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
