Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
  • Maintain and coordinate international travel arrangements for management.
  • Oversee office purchases, marketing merchandise, and stationery supplies.
  • Handle meeting room bookings and coordinate meetings for senior leadership.
  • Assist in organizing company events.
  • Support HR with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Act as Fire Warden and liaise with the facilities team.
  • Communicate with external vendors as needed.
  • Take meeting minutes for underwriting and other assigned meetings.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in office administration, calendar management, travel management, claims and other admin tasks
  • Candidate must be able to prioritize tasks, multitask and work on tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in general computer applications.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive.
