Job Description

  • –  Perform HR operations and general administrative duties related to human resources
  • –  Respond to staff inquiries
  • –  Ensure that data is entered timely and accurately into the HR database
  • –  Manage all relevant documents related to employees' employment, onboarding, resignation, termination, retirement, contract renewals, etc.
  • –  Support the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes
  • –  Assist in the performance of other duties as requested by the direct supervisor on an ad hoc basis

 

Job Requirements

  • –  NITEC / Higher NITEC
  • –  2 years experience in HR operations/generalist role
  • –  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • –  Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
  • –  Positive work attitude and willingness to learn and resolve problems independently
  • –  Ability to communicate effectively with others, with a people-oriented personality
