Responsibilities
– Corporate recruitment, Onboarding, Orientation for new staff
– Offboarding and conduct exit clearance administration
– Dealing with Work Pass matters
– Process of claims such as Medical, Public/Pte transport etc
– Update and maintain all staff records
– Single point for administering HR and Leave system
– Leave administration
– Handle cleaner’s matter
– Undertake contract issuance/renewal and disciplinary matters
– Liaise with external or government agencies on staff matters, government claims
– Policy review and updates
– Involves in audit process
– Administer Company appraisal
– Administer on insurance renewal, group insurance enrolment
– Planning of training and recording of staff training
– Office administration
– Management reports, finance reports
– Employee related activities such as ad hoc feedback survey and company bonding activities
– Compensation and benefits matters
– Be the interface with outsourced companies that administer our payroll
– Reporting to management and unit heads on the HR operation and analysis
Requirements
– Minimum Diploma holder, or professional human resource training certifications
– Familiar with MOM and key government rules and regulations.
– 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Management (recruitment & on-boarding, payroll, compensation & benefits)
– Human Resource Development (learning & development, talent management, employee communication & engagement, performance management) will be an added advantage
– Good communication, both verbal and written and interpersonal skills
– Able to multi-task and manage tight timeline
– Past experience in IT industry will be a plus
– Candidate who is able to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
