Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day to day HR and administrative duties.
  • Monitor and update employee records and documents.
  • Administer Time Management System (TMS) and e-leaves.
  • Assist in interviews and onboarding/off boarding new employees.
  • Able to handle employee’s enquiries.
  • Plan and manage general office and pantry supplies.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work both as a team member and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good understanding of MOM laws.
  • Meticulous and well-organized team player.
