What you'll be doing

  • –  Handling incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • –  Providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
  • –  Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  • –  Assisting with the processing of customer orders and related administrative tasks
  • –  Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • –  Performing general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and organising documents
  • –  Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • –  Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role, preferably within the food or retail industry
  • –  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a high level of customer service
  • –  Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
