Roles & Responsibilities

Sales support

  • –  Generate region’s monthly sales report, and other sales reports as requested by working with account managers, distributors, CSR and other related function team members for data collection.
  • –  Assist sales/account managers on product pricing data check for customer enquiries and quotations which includes:
    • Pricing submissions for reviews and approvals
    • Liaise with CSR for custom part creations in the system
  • –  Input Sample Requests upon account managers’ guidance, check on progress of sample delivery, evaluations status and report back to account managers on timely manner.
  • –  Coordinate with Account Managers, Legal and Regional Managers for all Agreements including but not limited to NDAs, Distributor Agreements, Pricing Agreements, etc.
  • –  Manage Customer database in Sales Force to ensure Contacts are up to date
  • –  Support account managers on monthly outlook forecasts though collection and consolidation of region’s account based open/close order reports
  • –  Collect and track distributors ‘monthly inventory, order booking and development pipeline status reports
  • –  Support account managers in key accounts’ quality/service complaints case handling and tracking
  • –  Implementation of any new processes or system adoption for commercial team
  • –  Support the execution of region’s marketing events, including website editing, trade-show booking and logistics, etc

Admin

  • –  Secretarial duties including sending official letters and notifications to customers, arrangement of shipments (samples) between entities/customers
  • –  Meeting support: Meeting agenda, documents preparation and facilitator, routine sales meeting organizing, book room, etc.
  • –  Local Team Travel support: book air-tickets/ taxi/hotels and travel-related support
  • –  Visitors’ support: accommodation arrangement/ local transportation/ meeting agenda and other support
  • –  Coordinate group events, including team building activities, celebration parties
  • –  Place purchase orders for local marcom event expenses, or any other local expense needed
  • –  Any other daily office-related support
