Administrator
Project Administration:
- – Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, proposals, budgets, and reports.
- – Assist in submission and following up on projects progressive claims to claims certification
- – Assist in the preparation of variation orders and other supporting documents for submission
- – Schedule, organize, and coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- – Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges to the management team
- – Take pictures of completed project and update project references
Office Administration:
- – Oversee day-to-day office maintenance, ensuring that all office equipment is in working order and supplies are stocked.
- – Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor management, providing support and directing inquiries as needed.
- – Handle office supply orders, monitor inventory, and manage vendor relationships.
- – Ensure that office spaces meet health and safety regulations.
- – Handle office area improvement projects
Education Qualification:
- – Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Experience:
- – Minimum 1 year of related experience
- – Knowledge of MS Office, Teams
- – Able to work independently
- – Able to start work immediately
