What you'll be doing?

  • –  Office Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing documents, data entry, and preparing purchase orders for office-related services and items.
  • –  Financial Support: Assist with payment requests for office-related invoices and maintain the Office Expenditure Tracker.
  • –  Inventory Management: Keep track of equipment inventories and evaluate new equipment purchases as needed.
  • –  Facility Maintenance: Oversee contractors' work, such as security and cleaning services, and ensure the upkeep of office facilities.
  • –  Reception Duties: Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle mail and courier deliveries with a professional demeanor.
  • –  Meeting Coordination: Assist with meeting room bookings and arrangements, ensuring smooth operations for all gatherings.
  • –  Travel Coordination: Liaise with travel and hotel providers to support team members' business trips.
  • –  Team Support: Provide backup for team members and the Admin Manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

 

Who are they looking for?

  • –  Educational Background: Candidates with a Higher Secondary, Pre-U/A level, College, or Professional certificate or equivalent.
  • –  Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in a similar administrative or clerical support role.
  • –  Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • –  Problem-Solving Aptitude: Ability to anticipate needs, analyze situations, and find effective solutions.
