What you'll be doing

–  Perform full spectrum of HR & Administration Support functions.

HR

–  Perform staff recruitment via various means to meet the company manpower needs.

–  Familiar with recruitment requirements, able to identify potential candidates, conduct selection, interviews, job offer and signing of employment contract.

–  All Onboarding and Offboarding matters such as Staff Inductions, Staff equipment issue, staff pass, arrange exit interview and exit clearance.

–  Maintain and update employees’ records in InfoTech HRM system and P Files

–  Able to draft HR related letters and notices and communicate well with staff and related government agencies.

–  Familiar MOM policy and perform MOM work permit/pass applications, renewal, and cancellation.

–  Liaise with MOM to resolve work pass related issues.

–  Manage staff attendance, leave administration, payroll computation and income tax clearance submission via InfoTech HRM system.

–  Handle employees’ welfare and benefits, organize company events and activities for employees.

–  Perform staff engagement and survey.

–  Handle staff disciplinary and grievances related issues.

–  Training registration and maintain a proper training records.

–  Facilitate work performance review and staff appraisal.

Admin

–  Familiar with Government Supports and Grants application

–  Maintain Compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

–  Facility Maintenance (e.g. vendor contracts renewals, Copier machine, fire safety equipment, etc)

–  Manage group insurance, staff expenses and Transport claims

–  Any other Admin task from Director

What we're looking for

–  A minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

–  Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements

–  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and pragmatic solutions

–  Proficient in INFOTECH HRM systems, Microsoft Office suite and Adobe.

–  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels

–  A hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work

–  Adaptable and able to thrive in a constantly evolving business environment
