-- Perform day to day administrative support for the company and various departments including Retail Operations, Warehouse and Head Office.
-- Source for quotations and liaise with existing and potential vendors or suppliers for all non-trade items, office and warehouse equipment.
-- Use Non-Trade System to process, coordinate and issues for retail outlet or individual staff requisition for non-trade items.
-- Check, verify and maintain the accuracy of non-trade items inventory system database.
-- Deal with contractor and vendors for office and outlet facilities service and maintenance.
-- Replenish order for pantry stuff, toiletries products and cleaning tools.
-- Responsible for routine service and maintenance for company vehicles, forklift, reach truck, and other warehouse equipment.
-- Process all necessary e-commerce related transactions, documents and records in the systems. Support the end-to-end fulfillment of online orders and related processes on a daily basis.
-- Check and process invoices and order transactions in the POS system.
-- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and returns.
Requirements:
-- Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role
-- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
-- Ability to generate professional minutes of meeting and presentations.
-- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
-- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
