Job Responsibilities:

  • –  Ensure smooth daily operations of reception counter.
  • –  Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy.
  • –  Receive and greet visitors professionally and in a courteous manner and manage courier services.
  • –  Handling local postage, including replenishing stamps when stock is low.
  • –  Arranging all outgoing couriers.
  • –  Handle incoming calls in professional manner and direct it to the appropriate person.
  • –  Manage all meeting rooms, office – equipment & telephone systems, office supplies.
  • –  Maintain and order pantry stocks e.g. drinks and snacks and maintenance of coffee machine.
  • –  Liaising with customers, contractors, building management, suppliers and cleaner.
  • –  Maintain and upkeep of office admin records and filing system.
  • –  Arrange ad hoc office lunch ordering, – company events and other administrative duties.
  • –  Ad hoc data entry and administrative assignments

Job Requirements:-

· Able to commence work within short notice period or immediately.

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Pivot Table, Vlookup, Microsoft Words and etc.
