What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely manner
  • Process payments and reconcile accounts receivable
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and documentation
  • Liaise with customers to address any billing-related inquiries or issues
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a client-facing environment
