Job Purpose:

The role is responsible for developing Go-to-Market campaigns for CBG Regional Marketing and to establish a leadership position through product positioning strategy. These responsibilities will be achieved through an understanding of key business drivers, market research and consumer insights. This role requires thought-leadership and good understanding of the financial/banking landscape of regional and in-country teams to foster collaboration across key internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities:

-Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans including product launches and campaigns. Define target markets, customer segments and collaborate with other/regional stakeholders to align on product strategy and messaging.

-Market and Customer Analysis: Understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Analyse market data to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to inform product marketing strategies.

-Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market. Create value propositions and key messages for target audiences. Ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing and communication channels.

-Campaign management: Plan and execute campaigns to drive product awareness and customer acquisition. Measure and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

-Work primarily with key stakeholders in Products, Segments, BA, Data, Digital and Marketing within the Consumer Banking Group (CBG) to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that will drive effective customer acquisitions, transactions and engagement for Retail and Treasures banking

>>Strong understanding of wealth management and retail banking products, key business drivers, key consumer insights as well as excellent written and marketing communication skills

>>Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes

>>Resourceful, assertive, dynamic and detail oriented
