– Oversee selected MINDEF/SAF-related social media channels, handling day-to-day operations, content calendars, audience engagement, comment moderation, and feedback
– Design and manage campaigns for crisis, contingency, and incidents, including content planning and participating in exercises
– Identify, assess, and trial new initiatives, collaborating with external partners in the digital media domain
– Conduct experimental trials, commission research projects, and engage online influencers
Challenge(s)
– Staying updated on latest developments in the digital and social media space, including relevant algorithm changes, new platforms, and legislative developments
What we are looking for
– Education in Communications, Social Sciences, or a relevant field
– At least 2 years of work experience in digital communications, content production, digital marketing, and public relations is preferred
– Excellent command of English, with strong verbal articulation skills
– Good eye for visuals and attention to detail
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to think critically and innovatively
– Keen interest in current affairs, military and defence-related matters
