JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • -Handle, process and record all inbound calls, responses, enquiries and customer interactions from various referral sources, social media platforms and direct call-ins for new patient appointment bookings.
  • -Create a positive service experience and brand image to all customers.
  • -Response and follow up promptly to all customer enquiries.
  • -Send out appointment reminders and handle patients’ responses in a timely and efficient manner.
  • -Prepare weekly activity reports.
  • -Conduct follow-up calls with patients for retargeting.
  • -Ability to convince and convert new patients to make new appointments with targets assigned.
  • -Ability to handle and manage sales target assigned for calls.
  • -Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • -Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • -At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in sales/telesales/telemarketing.
  • -Customer-oriented with passion in serving customers.
  • -Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • -Mandarin speaking preferred.
  • -Independent player and is motivated to complete any task without much supervision.
  • -Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • -Experience in healthcare or service-related industries is an advantage.
  • -Candidates with extensive experience and a proven track record may be considered for a managerial position.
