-Handle, process and record all inbound calls, responses, enquiries and customer interactions from various referral sources, social media platforms and direct call-ins for new patient appointment bookings.
-Create a positive service experience and brand image to all customers.
-Response and follow up promptly to all customer enquiries.
-Send out appointment reminders and handle patients’ responses in a timely and efficient manner.
-Prepare weekly activity reports.
-Conduct follow-up calls with patients for retargeting.
-Ability to convince and convert new patients to make new appointments with targets assigned.
-Ability to handle and manage sales target assigned for calls.
-Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in sales/telesales/telemarketing.
-Customer-oriented with passion in serving customers.
-Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
-Mandarin speaking preferred.
-Independent player and is motivated to complete any task without much supervision.
-Excellent telephone etiquette.
-Experience in healthcare or service-related industries is an advantage.
-Candidates with extensive experience and a proven track record may be considered for a managerial position.
