-Handle, process and record all inbound calls, responses, enquiries and customer interactions from various referral sources, social media platforms and direct call-ins for new patient appointment bookings.
-Create a positive service experience and brand image to all customers.
-Response and follow up promptly to all customer enquiries.
-Send out appointment reminders and handle patients’ responses in a timely and efficient manner.
-Prepare weekly activity reports.
-Conduct follow-up calls with patients for retargeting.
-Ability to convince and convert new patients to make new appointments with targets assigned.
-Ability to handle and manage sales target assigned for calls.
-Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in sales/telesales/telemarketing.
Customer-oriented with passion in serving customers.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Mandarin speaking preferred.
Independent player and is motivated to complete any task without much supervision.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Experience in healthcare or service-related industries is an advantage.
Candidates with extensive experience and a proven track record may be considered for a managerial position.
