The Job
- -Meet sales targets, KPIs, and maintain high call quality and operational standards
- -Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- -Handle and follow up with customer inquiries confidently
- -Convert bank-provided leads into sales via telemarketing
- -Ensure calls adhere to regulations and Quality Assurance standards
- -Work with internal departments to fulfill policies
- -Take responsibility for managing business and regulatory risks, taking appropriate steps to mitigate them
