Job Description
- -Deliver sales targets and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards
- -Conduct telemarketing calls to promote insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
- -Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
- -Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities
- -Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
- -Update customer information in the database
Requirements
- -Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the financial services sector preferred
- -Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage
- -Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
- -Confident communicator with good verbal skills
- -Sufficiently resilient to handle rejection and objections from customers
- -Persuasive and committed to meet/exceed sales targets
- -Sales-driven and possess a can-do attitude
