Remuneration Range: $2400-2500 (Basic) + Comm ($2000-5000/mth)
Job Purpose
-Are you passionate about helping customers find the right products for their needs? In this role, you'll market personal line products to bank customers through outbound calls and provide excellent service for inbound sales inquiries.
You’ll also be responsible for meeting sales targets and growing your customer base through cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
The Job
-Meet sales targets, KPIs, and maintain high call quality and operational standards
-Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
-Handle and follow up with customer inquiries confidently
-Convert bank-provided leads into sales via telemarketing
-Ensure calls adhere to regulations and Quality Assurance standards
-Work with internal departments to fulfill policies
-Take responsibility for managing business and regulatory risks, taking appropriate steps to mitigate them
-Raise any potential risks and share best practices for risk management
