Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Clarion Logistics in Singapore. This role focuses on tele sales for our logistics and freight forwarding services. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Chinese and have strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and generate sales opportunities. A strong background in logistics or a willingness to learn is a plus, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct outbound tele sales calls to promote Clarion Logistics’ services to potential clients.

-Identify and qualify leads, aiming to convert them into long-term customers.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls and providing excellent customer service.

-Provide clients with accurate information regarding our services, pricing, and solutions.

-Maintain an up-to-date database of all sales leads, prospects, and clients.

-Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, ensuring consistent performance.

-Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination of services.

-Continuously update and track sales progress in MS Office.

-Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

-Contribute to the development of tele sales strategies and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications and Requirements:

-Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally.

-Experience in tele sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.

-Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding services is a plus but not required.

-Ability to work independently and meet sales targets with minimal supervision.

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

-Previous experience in tele sales or telesales in a B2B environment is a plus.
