– Assist to develop and implement social media strategies, to increase brand awareness, engagement, acquisition, and usage of the Group’s products and services
– Collaborate with appointed agency to develop engaging social media contents
– Propose appropriate social media content and media buy strategies
– Manage ad campaigns to optimise FB/IG ads within campaign budgets
– Analyse campaign performance, focusing on improving performance and ad ROIs, and tracking relevant metrics to measure campaign success
– Review quarterly reports (from appointed agency) to track performance and identify areas for improvement and opportunities
– Consolidate and provide data for reporting purposes and to benchmark results against industry standards
– Work with agency to manage social media queries, ensuring that customers’ issues are addressed
– To keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
– Work with stakeholders to ensure timelines and deliverables are met for the execution of campaigns
– Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
– Possess a Degree in Marketing / Communications or related discipline
– Possess at least 5 years of Marketing / Communications experience including 2 years in social media management
– Experienced in managing digital ads including Meta ads (FB and IG), Tik Tok, Google ads, etc
– Prior experience working with social media agencies
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
