Client Communication & Relationship Management:
• Pitching to clients and make them as our partner for their social media accounts.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring that expectations are met, and that their needs and objectives are communicated clearly across teams.
• Regularly pitch new social media strategies, campaigns, and ideas to clients, showcasing our creative vision and expertise.
• Collaborate with clients to refine strategies and adjust tactics based on real-time performance data and evolving business goals.
• Provide clear and actionable insights and reports to clients, measuring campaign success with metrics like engagement, conversions, and overall ROI.

Trend Analysis & Idea Generation:
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features. Regularly brainstorm with the team to generate fresh, innovative content ideas and campaigns that resonate with audiences and align with client goals.
• Leverage social media analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track audience behavior, engagement patterns, and content performance. Use these insights to continuously adjust strategies, optimize content, and ensure campaigns are on track to achieve maximum impact.

Paid Social Media Campaigns (Ads Management):
• Help client plan, create, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to achieve measurable results such as lead generation, conversions, or brand awareness.
• Lead the team to develop creative ad copy, eye-catching visuals, and compelling calls-to-action that drive campaign success.
• Handle all aspects of paid campaigns, including audience segmentation, budget management, A/B testing, and real-time optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI, ensuring that ad spends align with clients’ objectives.

Social Media Management
• Lead strategy sessions with clients to define social media goals and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior social media team members, helping them develop their skills and contribute effectively to client work. 
• Manage crisis communication and handle issues or escalations on social platforms with professionalism and promptness.
