Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Conversion Optimization
 

  • –  Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement.
  • –  Identify key customer segments and tailor content to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • –  Collaborate with the sales team to align social media initiatives with business objectives.
  • –  Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies for continuous improvement.

2. Content Creation & Optimization

  • –  Create, curate, and optimize engaging multimedia content (captions, posts, videos, ads) to drive conversions.
  • –  Utilize creative tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar software to design visually compelling content for various platforms.
  • –  Regularly assess content performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and sales impact.

3. Community Management & Customer Engagement

  • –  Actively manage social media interactions, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • –  Work closely with the sales team to address customer queries, enhancing brand trust and satisfaction.
  • –  Guide potential customers from social media interactions to bookings or purchases through effective engagement strategies.

4. Social Media Advertising & Campaign Management

  • –  Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.
  • –  Develop high-converting ad creatives and copy tailored to target audiences.
  • –  Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve sales goals efficiently.

5. Lead Management & Sales Support

  • –  Implement tracking systems for social media-generated leads and follow up effectively.
  • –  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine lead management processes and improve conversion rates.
  • –  Provide insights based on social media interactions to support product and service enhancements.

6. Trend Monitoring & Strategic Adaptation

  • –  Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • –  Adapt strategies to evolving user behaviors to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
  • –  Introduce innovative methods and tools to enhance engagement and drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • –  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • –  At least 4 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on driving conversions and sales.
  • –  Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu/XHS, etc.), with hands-on experience in community management.
  • –  Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics, and video editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
  • –  Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills to develop impactful content and optimize campaigns.
  • –  Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
