– Lead the strategy discussion with clients on current and future opportunities for their social media activities and brands needs
– Lead in the collaborative effort with marketing, PR, and researching of top influencers, competitors and trends in clients’ industries
– Engage the creative and content team in co-creating effective content for the clients’ social channels and campaigns
– Analyse and interpret social media analytics data for the client and the competitors on a regular basis to draw insight and make strategy adjustments based on findings
– Measure and manage a set of KPIs that are structured to meet the client’s needs based on an agreed strategy
– Stay current with social media trends and tools, identify key trends and activities in social media and opportunities to deploy them
– Oversee to ensure constant monitoring and engagement in client’s social communities and communications
– Analyse and report social media actions on a regular basis to leverage on successes and identify new opportunities
– Manage the work and performance of team members
You Have
– Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline
– At least 3 years of experiences in account management or project management
– Experience in leading and managing Social Media team or campaign
– Experience with social media platforms, dashboards and analytics tools
