ASAP Media is looking for a creative, driven, and multi-talented Social Media Content Creator to develop high-quality educational videos that align with our brand’s mission: inspiring learning, self-improvement, and growth. You will take charge as a Producer, Director, and Host, from pitching ideas to delivering polished, audience-centric content. In this dynamic role, you’ll be integral to creating edu-commercial content that seamlessly integrates brand partnerships while building meaningful audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Production:
Concept Ideation: Develop and pitch engaging educational and inspirational video ideas aligned with our brand themes (e.g., learning, self-improvement, career growth).
On-Screen Talent: Serve as the on-screen host and talent for videos, delivering content with authenticity and energy.
Technical Execution: Operate cameras, lights, and audio equipment, with the ability to work independently or with a crew as needed.
Podcast & Panel Host: Conduct and organize interviews, podcasts, and panel discussions independently, ensuring a smooth and engaging production.
Collaboration: Work with assigned editors to deliver completed videos on time, meeting high-quality standards and production deadlines.
2. Brand Integration:
Client Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for clients, gaining a deep understanding of their products and strengths to incorporate into video content.
Seamless Integration: Integrate brand messaging, products, and services naturally into content while maintaining educational value and authenticity.
Compliance: Ensure all branded content adheres to platform guidelines for maximum reach and audience engagement.
3. Storyboarding & Scripting:
Creative Scripting: Collaborate with the production team to develop clear, engaging scripts and storyboards that align with educational themes.
Value-Driven Content: Ensure all content provides actionable insights and value for the target audience.
4. Social Media Optimization:
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content exposure and engagement.
SEO-Friendly Content: Craft engaging thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and captions that drive click-through rates and maximize visibility.
5. Campaign Collaboration:
Strategic Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and media-buy teams to coordinate distribution for key campaigns and ensure content is positioned for maximum impact.
Performance Optimization: Monitor analytics and use data-driven insights to iterate on content strategy and improve future videos.
Feedback Loop: Identify and communicate issues or potential improvements during the production process to enhance overall content quality.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record of video content creation for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Storytelling Expertise: Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with social media trends and best practices for creating high-engagement educational content.
Brand Partnership Experience: Experience working with brand partnerships and seamlessly integrating product messages into content.
Technical Skills: Basic to advanced knowledge of operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
