Executive
~ Review of project documentation including drawing, specifications, and schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
~ Involved in the project planning, monitoring the project progress and schedule.
~ Ensure site works are executed according to approved detail drawings, interpreted plans and requirements of relevant authorities.
~ Conducted regular inspections and assessed the work performance done by all subcontractors.
~ Manage project stakeholders, such as clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties and coordinate with the subcontractors.
~ Ensure the site material availability and the proper material handling system by coordinating with the supplier.
~ Maintenance of the daily reports, weekly reports and ordering the materials.
~ Site progress and resolved technical issues with subcontractor.
~ Preparation and checking of bar bending schedules and Rebar assembling works.
~ Oversee the progress of work on site as to scheduled and ensure that a project runs smoothly and that all specifications had been followed according to planned schedule.
Experience
~ 2 years’ experience in construction management on the installation for mechanical & electrical turnkey projects.
~ Managing direct workers and subcontractors.
Qualification
~ Diploma in Electrical Electronic Engineering or Building Technology.
