– Project Planning and Execution: Lead and manage the electrical aspects of infrastructure projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
– Client Management: Act as the main point of contact between the client and the project team for all electrical-related matters.
– Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, including electrical materials, labor, and equipment, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters.
– Risk Management: Identify project risks early, develop mitigation plans, and lead risk management efforts to ensure the project stays on track.
– Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate the project team to ensure high performance. Manage subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to quality standards, schedules, and contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
– Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, specifically on electrical systems for infrastructure projects.
– Understanding of electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning for infrastructure projects
– Knowledge in electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems.
– Familiarity with local electrical codes, safety regulations.
