Manager
The Job
- – Oversee and execute Urban Rail Signaling projects in line with company objectives.
- – Define project scope, set expectations, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- – Lead teams in creating and executing project schedules.
- – Assess and manage out-of-scope work, ensuring strategic alignment.
- – Evaluate and report on project progress and key performance metrics.
- – Implement mitigation actions to optimize project outcomes.
- – Provide leadership, direction, and a clear project vision.
- – Communicate effectively with senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
- – Coordinate and oversee multiple interrelated contracts.
- – Drive execution efficiency, cost competitiveness, and conflict resolution.
The Talent
- – Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- – Experience in Rail Signaling or Transportation Industry (10+ years preferred).
- – Proven Project Management, Leadership & People Management experience (10+ years preferred).
- – Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- – Ability to think strategically, drive execution, and mentor teams.
- – Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
