Our client is a leading retail bank and they are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our retail banking division. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and increase product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
--Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote retail banking products and services.
--Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including brand awareness, customer engagement, and acquisition initiatives.
--Collaborate with product, sales, and digital teams to create impactful go-to-market plans.
--Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to drive data-driven marketing decisions.

Requirements:
--Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
--Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in retail banking or financial services.
--Strong expertise in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and brand management.
--Proven experience in leading successful marketing campaigns and driving business growth.
